March 2025:

JANUARY 2024:

October 2022:

June 2022:
Client’s sentence was reduced from life to life suspended all but 50 years. (Howard County)
CORAM NOBIS/POST-CONVICTION
JUNE 2024:
Client’s theft conviction was vacated and case dismissed, removing a ground for deportation. (Anne Arundel County)
FebRUARY 2024:
Client’s credit card fraud conviction was vacated, removing a ground for deportation. (Montgomery County)
OCTOBER 2022:
Client’s robbery conviction was vacated, allowing client to be released from immigration detention and to return to her family. (Montgomery County)
JULY 2022:

TRIALS
February 2025:
After jury trial, client found not guilty of attempted first-degree murder, assault, and handgun related offenses. (Baltimore City)
November 2024:
Client found not guilty of handgun related offenses after jury trial. (Baltimore City)
APRIL 2024:
In rape case, all charges transferred from adult to juvenile court, client released from custody. (Baltimore County)
APRIL 2024:
Violation of protective order charges dropped. (Frederick County)
MARCH 2024:
All charges dropped for client charged in two separate cases charging sex offenses and assault. (Frederick County)
JANUARY 2024:
Client found not guilty of first-degree murder after testifying in self-defense. (Baltimore City)
JUNE 2023:
Client charged in two cases - for attempted murder and for first-degree assault - received probation and all felonies dropped. (Baltimore County)
APRIL 2023:
Client charged with first-degree assault, felon-in-possession of a handgun and multiple mandatory minimum gun offenses received unsupervised probation and all felonies dropped. (Baltimore County)
MARCH 2023:
Client charged with first-degree assault and multiple no-parole, mandatory minimum handgun offenses received probation, no jail time, and all felonies dropped. (Frederick County)
FEBRUARY 2023:

JANUARY 2023:
